Every seat on our five sector teams goes to someone who has shown they can do the work, and the fastest way to show it is Stock-A-Thon. Win a round and you get an offer to join as an analyst, with a seat on a sector team and a real say in where the fund's capital goes and which survivors' organizations it supports.

Experience required

What we look for

Basic fundamentals
You can read an income statement and balance sheet and explain why a stock might be cheap or expensive. Our trading manual covers everything you need.
15+ hours a week
Sector work is real work: building models, drafting memos, and defending them to the exec team.
Reachable on Discord and text
The team coordinates there day to day, so you need to be able to communicate quickly and clearly.

Applies to all five sectors

Org structure

Each sector runs 3 analysts: one Head Analyst and two Research Analysts. The research analysts build the model and draft the investment memo; the Head Analyst stress-tests it and presents the recommendation to the executive team, who vote on whether to execute.
